Terms of Use - O-HIVE | Service Agreement & User Guidelines

1. Introduction

Welcome to O‑HIVE! These Terms of Use ("ToU") constitute a legal agreement between you ("You" or "User") and LuxPM Co., Ltd. ("O‑HIVE", "We", "Us"), Business Registration No. 549‑81‑01935, with registered offices at #412, Building C 1121, H Business Park, 645 Munjeong‑dong, Songpa‑gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea. By accessing or using our web, iOS, or Android applications (collectively, the "O‑HIVE Platform"), you agree to these ToU and any documents incorporated by reference.

These ToU work in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy or other supplemental terms posted on the O‑HIVE Platform (together, the "Documents"). Please read all Documents carefully before using O‑HIVE.

2. Definitions

O‑HIVE Platform: The website, web app, iOS app, Android app, APIs, services, and related documentation provided by LuxPM Co., Ltd.
User Content: Any content (text, images, models, files, code, etc.) you upload, post, or contribute through the O‑HIVE Platform.
Usage Plan: Any free or paid subscription or plan you select to access O‑HIVE features.

3. Service Description

O‑HIVE is a collaborative AI‑powered workspace for managing documents, files (2D/3D, video, images), automated summaries, 3D scanning, object detection, and task automation. We continually enhance and update our services; O‑HIVE may change over time.

                    Free Plan: File management & preview,
                    notifications (individual projects), multi-format data
                    upload (2D, 3D, video, panorama), model annotation and
                    export, unlimited tasks & projects, 10 GB of free storage.
                  

                    Professional & Team Plans: Everything in
                    Free, AI tools (Assistant, Summarization, Object Detection),
                    team collaboration, role-based access, seat management,
                    commenting, analytics, workflow automation, and premium
                    support.
                  

                    Enterprise: Everything in Team &
                    Professional, priority access to new features
                  

              

Some features require a paid Usage Plan. You can cancel or upgrade at any time through your account settings. Fees and billing details appear on the Platform. See Refund Policy for details.

4. Account Registration

Full access to O-HIVE requires account registration.
Provide accurate, up-to-date personal information.
Protect your password - never share it.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or incomplete information.

5. Paid Subscriptions

Subscription Authorization: By selecting a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges plus applicable taxes to your chosen payment method.
Billing Cycle: Monthly or one off credit purchase, depending on your selection.
Cancellation & Refunds: Cancel anytime for future billing; no refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Price Changes: We may revise fees with notice; existing paid periods remain unaffected.

6. User Content & Third‑Party Content

Ownership: You retain all rights to your User Content.
Content Standards: You agree not to upload illegal, infringing, or objectionable material. Reports of violations are handled per our User Content Guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the O‑HIVE Platform belong to LuxPM Co., Ltd.
Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
Feedback and submissions become O‑HIVE's property to improve and develop the service.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
Infringe upon the rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service
Use the service to transmit malware or harmful code

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, O‑HIVE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
