At O‑HIVE, we strive to provide a high-quality experience across our web and mobile platforms. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which users may request refunds for paid subscriptions.

1. Free Plan Users

No payments are collected for the Free Plan. Therefore, no refunds apply.

2. Paid Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis, and users may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods (e.g., if you cancel midway through a month), unless required by law.
  • Your access to paid features will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

3. Right to Withdraw (Consumers)

If you are a consumer (not using the service for business purposes), you may have the right to cancel your subscription and request a refund within a cooling-off period, depending on your local law:

  • In South Korea, you may withdraw within 7 days of purchase unless you have already started using the service.
  • To request a withdrawal, email us at hello@o-hive.ai with your account details and reason for the request.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

  • If services have been fully used or accessed
  • If misuse or violation of the Terms of Use led to account termination
  • For technical issues not reported to us in a reasonable time for resolution

  • Reason for the refund request

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
  • The time to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution
